Cooking with Tetra Recart at Anuga FoodTec

Last week I was invited to the Anuga FoodTec conference in Cologne. Tetra Pak invited me to cook on their stand where we showcased ingredients packaged in their Tetra Recart retortable cartons.

Turtle Bay Nottingham Review

Turtle Bay in Nottingham is located in the Corner House - central to the city. We went on a Saturday evening and the place was jam-packed.
