How to Cook Steak
My cooking guide on cooking steak will explain how to cook a steak well done and rare. It isn't difficult to cook a steak to your liking - it's all in the timing.
How to cook steak well done
Heat up some oil in a pan over a medium heat on the hob. The idea of the steak going on a medium heat is that it'll cook evenly all the way through - which is what you want with a well done steak.
Be sure to keep an eye on the steak, flipping regularly whilst cooking. Depending on the thickness, it will probably take about 10 minutes for the steak to cook.
How to poach more than one egg at a time
In order to poach two eggs at a time and make sure they stay together when poaching them, you need to make sure they both go into the swirling water at the same time. So begin by breaking two eggs into a ramekin or similar sized dish.
Then, bring a pan full of water to the boil in a saucepan and stir in a cap-full of vinegar and a pinch of salt. The vinegar will help keep the eggs together.

How to poach chicken
We all love a traditionally cooked roast chicken. However, there are other ways you can cook one that makes them just as tasty and tender - as well as being better for you. So here, I'll be talking about how to poach a chicken in water.
Poaching is a great way to cook a chicken because it's really easy to do and the meat falls of the bone when you take it out the pan. It's also a really healthy way to cook and the meat stays really tender.
What's also great, if you add some vegetables in the pan of water as well, you're left with a really tasty chicken broth/stock.
