There's nothing more refreshing than a freshly made Mojito. This recipe is really simple and tastes brilliant. The quantities used here are per cocktail, so go on, impress your guests with this homemade Mojito Recipe.
Cooking Directions
- Slice the Lime in half and squeeze the juice of one half into a glass. Then add the Sugar.
- Finely chop the Mint and add to the mixture. Mash the 3 ingredients together with a folk, or with a cocktail masher.
- Chop the other piece of Lime and put into the glass then fill to the top with Crushed Ice. Fill 2/3 full with Soda Water.
- Top up with the White Rum and give it a good stir.
