Recipe Introduction
If you're looking for any easy, yet tasty snack then you must try my homemade granola bar recipe. These are made with peanut butter and other tasty ingredients for loads of flavour.
Cooking Directions
- Preheat the oven to 170c/340f.
- Melt the butter, peanut butter and honey in a saucepan over a low heat on the stove.
- Stir in the rest of the ingredients until the dry ingredients are coated in the melted ingredients.
- Line an oven dish with greaseproof/parchment paper and pour the oat mixture in.
- Compact the mixture down using the back of a wooden spoon then bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
- When golden all over, remove from the oven and leave to cool thoroughly.
- When cool, cut the granola into 8 pieces and enjoy.
